Transportation and urban planing are very conectec, and as proof of it you can experiment High Line Park. A long garden that use a former railway and it's infrastructure as bearing.
New York is an amazing city in many ways, but it identity cames from haw it retains history and spaces.
Whitin the new trend of not dominat nature but live in it, High line is one of the five parks arrow the world that you should visit, and it is here in New York.

ReplyDeleteIt is a wonderful place khagani and you should go to give it a visit as soon as possible.Today I went to the central park and it was really amazing with all the green trees and the water. A butterfly was on my hat and I got really scared but Alexander took a picture and it went just fine :)
I'm in love with such kind of places and I thInk we should go there celebrate Mohammads birthday.

ReplyDeleteTo me, the High Line is a wonderful example of repurposed space; it is also a space of art, nature and self-expression. I always feel relaxed and refreshed there.
ReplyDeleteSo, as an option for Ross's Birthday we can go to the place near Brooklyn Bridge Park , there are tables chairs, view to Manhattan and place for BBQ! :)
